Carbiolice develops EVANESTO®, an enzymated concentrate to make PLA products fully compostable.
The start-up
Carbiolice develops an enzymatic additive that makes all PLA materials biodegradable and compostable. This new additive, which can be used directly on plastic production lines, will make flexible films, flexible packaging but also rigid applications such as disposable tableware, thermoformed trays and coffee capsules, compostable under domestic conditions.
